Our fees reflect the quality and level of care you will receive.

Online psychological therapy:

Online Psychological therapy via zoom:

• £170 for 1hr standard consultation/assessment
• £140 for 1 hr therapy including EMDR

Face to Face Psychological Therapy:

• £180 for 1hr standard consultation/assessment
• £140 for 50 mins talking therapy
• £140 for 1hr EMDR therapy

• NOTE: EMDR sessions can be completed in either in 50 mins or 80 min sessions

Referrals:

Referrals are accepted via self, insurance providers or via GPs or psychiatrists.

Insurance referrals:

Most insurance providers are accepted at agreed rates e.g. AXA PPP; BUPA; BUPA Global, AVIVA; CIGNA & WPA.

If you would like to discuss clinical supervision please contact me directly.

Cancellation:

If you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know as soon as possible via email. The required notice for cancellation is 48 hours. Where there is less than 48hrs notice – cancellation the day before, 50% of the full fee will be charged. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel on the same day the normal fee will be charged. I hope you appreciate that it is rarely possible to fill these appointments at such short notice which is why I am obliged to charge for missed appointments and the room rental cost.
